Dragon Curve T-Shirt

$375.65 MXN (plus tax)

Take a strip of paper, fold it in half, and fold it in half again, ten times. Open it out so every crease makes a right angle, and this is the shape you'll find: the Heighway dragon.

It was discovered in the 1960s by NASA physicists John Heighway, Bruce Banks and William Harter. Although the line twists back on itself again and again, it never crosses itself. Four copies fit together perfectly around a point, and the curve even appears in the chapter headings of Jurassic Park.

Drawn here from 1,024 folded segments in clean white lines on a dark shirt. A fractal you could make at the kitchen table.
